Sheena Meeker is the Director of Quality Assurance for Excelin Healthcare. Sheena has 20 years of healthcare experience in many different capacities. She has spent most of her career in the home health space performing various roles including a field nurse, intake nurse, clinical manager, QA Nurse, and an Area/Regional Administrator. She has served as Excelin’s Director of Quality Assurance since 2019 and oversees Coding/OASIS functions, all QAPI programs, HHCAHPS and Star Rating oversight and plays an active role in standardizing operations with the executive teams. She also serves as a subject matter expert for state surveys and accreditation/Medicare certification preparations.

Mrs. Meeker acquired her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University & is the proud spouse of an Active-Duty Marine and mother of 4. In her free time you can catch her enjoying tacos, coffee or a good book and enjoying motherhood!
